Kansas City Gets 'A-' for Small Business Friendliness

According to a new survey by the Kauffman Foundation and thumbtack.com, small businesses gave Kansas City an "A-" grade for business friendliness.  The metro received its highest rankings in the categories of ease of starting a business, licensing and zoning.
